ADHD Navigators
You are brilliant. So why does work feel harder than it should?
Most professionals with ADHD were never taught how to work with their unique brain. ADHD Navigators is changing that.
graduates from companies including…
Sound familiar?
Brilliant
You are smart and have great ideas. But often struggle to finish what you start (especially after the novelty wears off).
Exhausted
You are successful, but mask all day and go home drained. You work twice as hard to keep up, and still feel like it’s not enough.
Diagnosed and dumped
You got a diagnosis and felt relief. (and maybe grief or anger at what “could have been.”) Then nothing really changed at work. You were left to figure it out alone.
Misunderstood
You are ambitious and hard working, but often feel misunderstood at work. You want a career that works for your brain.
You are not the problem. You didn’t get the ADHD support you needed.
ADHD comes with incredible strengths. Creativity. Problem-solving. Deep focus on things that matter to you.
It can also comes with real challenges. Like procrastination, managing time, staying regulated when things feel overwhelming. This makes work feel harder than it should.
The real problem is that most professionals with ADHD were never taught how to work with their brain. They were taught: “try harder,” “tone it down,” or “stop being lazy.” Many learned shame instead of skills.
ADHD Navigators is different. This is not about fixing yourself. This program is designed to help you learn how your brain works and build skills so you can create a career that works for you.
About The Program
ADHD Navigators is a live group program built for ADHD brains.
Each week you will meet live on Zoom with a small group of professionals in a judgement-free zone.
Each session has concrete learning objectives. You will learn something concrete, share your experiences with others, and practice between sessions.
This is not a course you’ll purchase and forget about. It is a structured learning experience in community.
By the end of this program, you will have:
✅ A better understanding of your brain
You will understand how your attention works, how your brain processes information, and how you experience time differently. Self-awareness is the foundation for everything else.
✅ Trust yourself to get things done
Less overcommitting. Practical strategies to follow through, without more willpower or last minute panic. Realistic schedule shifts to manage your day better.
✅ Words to ask for what you need
Should you disclose to your boss? What accommodations can actually help? How can I self-advocate if I don’t want to tell anyone I have ADHD? We will cover all this and more. You will get scripts and templates to communicate what you need - whether or not you disclose your ADHD. We will practice using relatable scenarios.
✅ Less time wasted in ADHD traps
You will learn to recognize and navigate overwhelm, perfectionism, time optimism, rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD), procrastivity (procrastination through activity) and more common challenges
✅ A community that gets it
You will go through this with other talented professionals who understand what you are navigating. We set up community agreements in the kick-off to create a BRAVE space: with shared rules such as respect, kindness and non-judgement.
✅ Less shame, more results
Instead of spiraling in patterns of avoidance, shut down or shame, you will take small actions and create progress.
Self Awareness → Self Empowerment → Self Advocacy
“People in my life have seen a change”
I was a yes person, rushing and keeping really busy. Now I feel clearer in my mind. I can bring calmness to other people. I never imagined that in myself. People in my life have seen a change.
I would recommend ADHD Navigators for someone wanting a promotion. You can't lead people unless you know yourself.

Meet your instructor
Margaux Joffe (she/her) was diagnosed with ADHD in 2014 when she was 29 years old. She was an award-winning producer in advertising and tech. But under the surface she had struggled with exhaustion, depression, anxiety and sensory processing sensitivities.
A diagnosis brought clarity and relief. Then new challenges. When she couldn’t find resources for adult women, she worked with leading experts to create Kaleidoscope Society, the first of its kind website for women with ADHD launched in 2015. The website reached thousands of people in 100 countries, was honored by the Webby Awards and recognized by Teen Vogue for "Smashing ADHD Stigma for Women and Girls."
Talking to hundreds of adults with ADHD, the need for better workplace support was clear. That inspired Margaux to “come out” at work and pursue a career pivot to accessibility in 2017. She led disability inclusion initiatives at Yahoo and Verizon. Including the launch of the technology industry’s first Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG), where she built a global peer support network across 35 offices.
Margaux has delivered talks and trainings at large companies such as Coca-Cola, Edelman, Hinge, Intuit, GitHub, Brooks Running, and advocated for inclusion on global stages such as SXSW, the United Nations and the World Health Organization.
Margaux created the ADHD Navigators program to bridge the gap in professional development resources for adults with ADHD. She built the program she wished she had. She co-created the first pilot in 2021 with an ADDCA faculty member, and has enjoyed facilitating the program ever since.
