Margaux Joffe (she/her) is a Board-Certified Cognitive Specialist and the Founder of Minds of All Kinds, a platform empowering neurodivergent changemakers to learn, connect, and lead. As the creator of ADHD Navigators program, Margaux is passionate about helping others thrive with ADHD in their careers. 

Formerly an award-winning producer, Margaux’s journey took a pivotal turn at age 29 when she was diagnosed with ADHD. To help other women who were struggling in silence, she created Kaleidoscope Society, the first of its kind content platform for women with ADHD, launched in 2015. Reaching thousands in over 100 countries, the platform was recognized by Teen Vogue for "Smashing ADHD Stigma for Women and Girls" and Margaux was named a “badass woman with ADHD” by PopSugar.

Margaux went on to tackle stigma in the workplace, leading disability inclusion initiatives at Yahoo and Verizon, where she launched the technology industry’s first Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG) — building a global peer support network across 35 offices in just two years.

As a sought-after speaker she has presented at companies like Edelman, Dell, Hinge, GitHub, Nike, Brooks Running and Intuit and advocated for inclusion on global stages, including the United Nations and the World Health Organization.

She is a member of the Susan M. Daniels Disability Mentoring Hall of Fame, a Linkedin “Top Voice” in disability advocacy, and proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the American Association of People with Disabilities.

In all her work, she is dedicated to creating a world where neurodivergent people are seen, valued, and thriving.

What we’ll do (at a glance)

    • Get oriented to the ADHD Navigators Program and meet your cohort!

    • Learn the basics of ADHD brain wiring, including common executive functioning challenges and unique strengths so you can increase self-awareness and self-compassion.

    • Use the Neurodiversity paradigm and the social model of disability to identify and ditch harmful ableist beliefs so we can move forward with power.

    • Learn how attention works differently in the ADHD brain so you can gain self-awareness and recognize how your attention works throughout the day.

    • What are cognitive resources and why are they important for adults with ADHD?

    • Conduct a self-reflection to identify your personal drainers and drivers, so you can protect your cognitive resources and feel more in control of your attention, energy and emotions at work.

    • Take a self-assessment to uncover your top 3 processing styles so you can understand and apply the ways that you naturally learn, process information and collaborate best.

    • Create your "operating instructions" to help your coworkers understand the best ways to communicate and work with you. (without needing to disclose ADHD)

    • Uncover your unique strengths so you can build confidence from the inside out and begin to break free of the need to "prove," "do more," and "be perfect"

    • Define your values as your compass for purpose-based decision, so that you can navigate your career and make choices with greater clarity.

    • Learn how ADHD impacts motivation and creates difficulty with starting and finishing tasks. (hint: you’re not lazy)

    • Explore and practice the 3 essential strategies to cut through ADHD procrastination and get things done without willpower or discipline.

    • Understand how ADHD and time-blindness can impact your perception of time

    • Explore and practice realistic approaches to managing your calendar so you can feel more in control of your time and ability to get things done.

    • Living your truth: Define success on your terms by creating your professional vision statement

    • Explore the importance of support systems for Adults with ADHD and create your personal Board of Brains.

    • Learn your rights in the workplace and how to navigate disclosure and accommodations.

    • Identify what you need to succeed at work and how to communicate it with confidence.

    • Get easy to use scripts for having these conversations with your colleagues or manager

    • Learn to spot and avoid “The Usual Suspects,” 👻 the unproductive patterns of behavior that haunt ADHDers in the workplace, so that you can stop falling into the same old traps and feel in control.

    • Putting it all together: leave the program with your personalized toolbox of on-demand strategies and scripts to reference moving forward

    • Bring tasks you are procrastinating and GET THEM DONE in session with body doubling and accountability.

    • Format: structured co-working sessions on Zoom

    • These sessions are optional

  • BONUS session designed for your friends and family to learn the basics of ADHD and how they can support you.

    You are welcome to invite a few people that are important in your life... family members, friends, significant other.

    They will get an overview of ADHD and the strengths and challenges that come with it, so they can better understand you and how they can support you.

    This session will be recorded and shared afterwards in case the time does not work for you.

  • On-demand masterclass: “Navigating workplace challenges while neurodivergent.” In this session HR Expert Charmaine Green-Forde SPHR, SHRM-SCP gives advice and coaching on tough questions related to navigating disclosure, requesting accommodations, coworker conflicts, performance improvement plans (PIPs) and more.

    Formal diagnosis not required.

  • Students are welcome but must be 21 or older.

  • Disclosure is a personal choice, and we respect your decision to be private about your ADHD diagnosis.

    We do not publish the names of participants and will not share your personal information with any third parties.

    Our program code of conduct includes guidelines around privacy. We ask participants not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information related to their employers during the program.

    However, from a legal perspective we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information shared in group settings or over the internet.

  • No. This program will not provide medical guidance on specific treatment options for ADHD.

    We recommend you work with your healthcare provider to create an integrated plan to manage your ADHD based on your needs.
